Here’s the bottom line: our team is here for you. Whatever your financial or insurance product and services needs, our group works hard to deliver honest and professional guidance. We focus on paying attention to the details so you can keep your retirement strategies simple. Your financial future is what we work for each and every day. Meet the people of Cornerstone Wealth and Tax Advisory Group. We look forward to meeting you.
From a young age, Doug Clancy was taught the value of working hard, feeling a sense of accomplishment, and integrity. “Doing the right thing” is the foundation of both his personal and professional life. Although he began his education and career in computer engineering, his deep desire to help and connect with people has led him to work in insurance and financial products and services since the late 1990’s.
Doug is a Certified Federal Retirement Consultant (CFRC) and Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) with a Series 65 license. With this designation, he has a fiduciary duty to put his client’s interests first. As a national public speaker and educator, he has presented retirement education to over 25,000 people and worked directly with over 1,200 clients. In addition he has authored two books, including the well-received, “Protection with Power – What Financial Professionals May Not Want You To Know.”
Lisa Clancy is the Corporate Controller for Cornerstone Wealth and Tax Advisory Group. She is responsible for payroll, accounting, human resource, and corporate insurance functions. Additionally, Lisa provides logistics for seminars, charitable events, and client events for the firm. She ensures the “back office” for Cornerstone Wealth and Tax Advisory Group runs smoothly.
Lisa had an extensive career in corporate accounting and finance. Prior to joining her husband, Doug here at Cornerstone in 2011, she worked in an accounting role for several large corporations. Throughout her various roles, Lisa has used her organizational and “attention to detail” skills to streamline company processes. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University (formerly New Hampshire College).
A native New Englander, Lisa and her husband, Doug, have one son (Eric) and two dogs. She loves going to seminars to interact with clients, and is the company “perfectionist.” Lisa also enjoys traveling and hopes to travel again soon to Europe, as well as Australia, New Zealand, and some parts of Asia. Say, “Hi!” to Lisa at our next live event.

Client Service Coordinator
She’s married and doesn’t have any children but has two cats, named Vazha and Lily. She loves her position and describes Doug as “more of a leader than a boss.” Reach out to Jessica if you have any questions or would like to join us for a dinner seminar.
Jennifer Victorino-Loza is an Administrative Assistant for Cornerstone Wealth and Tax Advisory Group. Previously she worked in retail management but was ready for a change. She started at Cornerstone in 2020 (right before the pandemic hit!) and has taken on a number of responsibilities within the business. From opening the office to taking calls from clients, or assisting her coworkers, Jenna does, as she puts it, “a little bit of everything.” She enjoys the work she does not only because it’s fulfilling to help clients find answers, but because of the work environment at CWTA. She describes CWTA as “I have a fantastic boss and fabulous co-workers. I have never experienced this kind of supportive and welcoming office environment before.”
Jenna is engaging, friendly, organized, and a people person. When not helping to make life easier for her coworkers and clients, Jenna spends time with her family. She’s married and has three adult children whom she is very proud of. All three are finishing up Bachelors or Master’s Degrees!
